After decades, it was finally time to refurbish and renovate the staff lounge and break room. In the end, we simply threw everything out and completely rebuilt the lounge:
- new windows
- new flooring
- some new walls
- new insulation
- new kitchenette
- new furniture
- ...
Now the staff lounge offers more well-being, more peace and quiet, better stress reduction, more ergonomics and comfort, and better mental relaxation.
