SKT continues to invest in infrastructure: The assembly hall for the assembly of components has been completely renovated.
Following the construction of a new warehouse in 2018, the renovation of the company premises in 2020, and the installation of a 450 kW photovoltaic system in 2021, now in fall 2024 the assembly hall was completely renovated.
With a focus on optimizing material flow, the assembly hall was completely restructured and remodeled — even including the installation of a new ceiling. Since plastics and plastic components can be sensitive to environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, and air flow, these factors are continuously monitored. To optimize processes, the new assembly hall was designed with direct access to the warehouse and intermediate storage areas.
Of course, the new assembly hall also complies with all relevant safety regulations, such as fire protection and occupational safety, as well as sustainability criteria such as energy efficiency.
